DPDP notice: your personal data
This is our notice under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the DPDP Rules, 2025. It is written to be read, not skimmed past. It sets out, item by item, exactly what personal data we collect, the specific purpose each item is collected for, how you consent, how you withdraw that consent, and how you complain if we get it wrong. It stands on its own and is not part of our Terms of Service.
1Who is responsible for your data
Ainygo Technologies is the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described in this notice. That means we decide what is collected and why, and we are accountable for it.
- Registered address: 140, Akodha, Karachhana, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh - 212301, India
- Phone: +918527361466
- Data protection contact: [email protected]
We are not, at present, a Significant Data Fiduciary. If that ever changes we will publish the additional information the Act requires of one.
2What we collect, and the exact purpose for each item
Each row below is a separate item with its own purpose. We do not collect anything on this list "just in case", and we do not use an item for a purpose other than the one stated without asking you again.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not buy it either.
3How you consent, and how you take it back
Nothing beyond what is strictly necessary to run the site is switched on until you choose it. Analytics and advertising cookies are off by default, and the toggles are unticked when you first see them. Accepting and rejecting take exactly one click each and sit side by side.
Where you send us a form, the purpose is stated on the form itself, next to the button you press.
Withdrawing consent
Withdrawing is as easy as giving, which the Act requires. Use the Cookie choices link in the footer of every page, on any page, at any time. You do not have to give a reason, and it takes effect immediately.
Withdrawing does not make anything we already did unlawful, and it does not delete data we must keep for tax or legal reasons. If you also want your data erased, ask us directly using the link below.
4Your rights, and how to use them
Under the Act you have the right to:
- Access a summary of the personal data we hold about you and what we are doing with it.
- Correction of anything inaccurate, and completion of anything incomplete.
- Erasure of your data, unless a law requires us to keep it.
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you die or become unable to act for yourself.
- Grievance redressal, meaning a proper answer from us before you need to go to anyone else.
Every one of these is handled through one verified form, so nobody can make a request in your name:
We confirm receipt immediately and answer within 90 days, which is the maximum the Rules allow for a grievance. In practice we aim for a great deal sooner.
5Complaints, and who to escalate to
If something has gone wrong, tell us first and give us a chance to fix it. Complaints go to our grievance contact:
- Grievance contact: [email protected]
- Post: Ainygo Technologies, 140, Akodha, Karachhana, Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh - 212301, India
- We must answer within: 90 days of receiving your complaint
If you are not satisfied with our answer, or we do not answer in time, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India. You are entitled to go to the Board directly; you do not need our permission, and we will not treat you differently for doing so.
6Children and people who cannot act for themselves
This site sells business services and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect the personal data of anyone under 18.
The Act is strict here, and so are we: we do not process a child's personal data without verifiable consent from a parent or lawful guardian, and we do not carry out behavioural tracking or targeted advertising directed at children at all. The same protection applies to a person with a disability who has a lawful guardian.
If you believe a child's data has reached us, write to [email protected] and we will delete it and confirm that we have.
7Who else sees your data
We share only what a job needs, and only with processors under contract to us. Currently:
- Google (Analytics and Ads) — usage and advertising measurement, only if you consented.
- Zoho — live chat on this website.
- Our hosting and email providers — to serve the site and send you replies.
The full list, with what each one does and where it operates, is on our sub-processors page. Where data goes outside India, it goes only to countries the Central Government has not restricted, and under contractual protections.
8How we protect it, and what happens if that fails
We apply reasonable security safeguards: encryption in transit, access limited to people who need it, hardened hosting, logging, and regular patching. No system is perfect, and we would rather say so than pretend otherwise.
If a personal data breach occurs, we will notify each affected person and the Data Protection Board of India without delay, describing what happened, what it means for you, and what we are doing about it.
9This notice in your language
The Act gives you the right to receive this notice, and to deal with us, in English or in any of the 22 languages of the Eighth Schedule. Published versions are below; the rest we will send you on request, usually within a few days.

Request it in
Choosing one of these opens your email app with the request already written. If that does not work on your device, write to [email protected] and name the language.
