This policy explains what personal data Ainygo Technologies collects, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights you have. We collect only what we need to run our business and serve you well, and we never sell your data.
1Who we are
Ainygo Technologies is a digital agency providing website and app development, digital marketing, SEO, IT support and WordPress care. For data-protection purposes we are the data controller for the personal data described here. Our details are at the foot of this page. For any privacy question, email legal@ainygo.com.
2Information we collect
We collect information in three ways:
Information you give us
- Contact and enquiry details: name, email, company, country, and the message or project details you send through our forms or chat.
- Proposal and billing details needed to quote, contract and invoice you.
- Anything you choose to share with us by email, chat or during a project.
Information we collect automatically
- Technical and usage data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and referring source, collected through cookies and analytics (see our Cookie Policy).
Information from delivering services
- When you engage us, we may be given access to your systems, accounts or data to do the work. We use that access only to perform the service and handle it under confidentiality.
3How we use your data
We use personal data to:
- Respond to enquiries and provide quotes and proposals.
- Deliver, manage and support the services you buy.
- Take payment, issue invoices and keep accounting records.
- Operate, secure and improve our website.
- Send service messages, and, with your consent, occasional updates you can opt out of at any time.
- Meet legal, tax and regulatory obligations, and protect our rights.
4Our legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on these bases:
- Contract: to provide a service you have requested or bought.
- Consent: for analytics and marketing cookies, and for marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time.
- Legitimate interests: to run, secure and improve our business, where not overridden by your rights.
- Legal obligation: to comply with tax, accounting and other laws.
5Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies to run the site, understand traffic and measure marketing. Non-essential cookies load only after you consent through our cookie banner, and our analytics run in privacy-friendly consent mode until then. 6Who we share data with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with trusted providers who help us operate, and only as needed:
- Payments: Razorpay and PayPal process payments and mandates. They handle your card and payment details under their own security and privacy terms; we do not store full card numbers.
- Analytics and tags: Google (Analytics, Tag Manager, Ads) for measurement, subject to your cookie consent.
- Chat: Zoho SalesIQ powers our live chat when you choose to use it.
- Hosting, email and infrastructure providers that run our site and communications.
- Subcontractors and specialists who help deliver your project, under confidentiality.
- Authorities or advisers where required by law or to protect our rights.

7Payment information
Payments are handled by Razorpay and PayPal. When you pay, your card or account details are submitted directly to the relevant gateway over a secure connection. We receive confirmation of payment and the information needed to invoice and account for it, but we do not collect or store your full card details on our systems.
8How long we keep data
We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, then delete or anonymise it. Enquiry data is kept while we are in contact and for a reasonable period after. Client and billing records are kept for the duration of the relationship and for as long as tax, accounting and legal rules require afterwards. Access credentials are removed when an engagement ends.
9How we protect data
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections, access controls, least-privilege access to client systems, and secure handling of credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to industry-standard practice and review our measures regularly. If a breach affects your data and the law requires it, we will notify you and the relevant authority without undue delay.
10International transfers
We are based in India and some of our providers are located in other countries. Where personal data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses or the provider's own approved transfer mechanisms, so that your data stays protected.
11Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Indian users have corresponding rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to nominate another person to exercise rights in the event of death or incapacity. The easiest way to exercise any right is our secure data request form — we email a one-time code to verify it's really you, then respond within the time the law allows (generally one month). 12Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
13Changes and contact
