Most growing businesses have a long list of things they want to fix or build. The hard part is not the list, it is choosing what to do first when everything feels important.
Start where the leverage is
Pick the project that either earns money soonest or removes the biggest daily drag on your team. A site that converts better, or a tool that ends an hour of manual work each day, pays for itself and funds the next step.
Sequence the rest
Once the first win is live, the path usually becomes obvious. Build the thing, grow it with marketing, then keep it running smoothly, and let each stage pay for the one after it.
